Conditions
(For
French Cottage Gems) |

The following conditions
apply to all bookings accepted by French Cottage Gems (FCG)
and form the basis
of the contract between us and all persons included in the booking ‘the
client’ |

To make a booking please email or call us to check
availability. |
| 2 |
Sign and return booking form with 20% deposit (download form
from web site – frenchcottagegems.com or request hard copy) |
| 3 |
Main party organiser (must be over 18) is required to sign
booking form and is responsible for all payments due.

| 4 |
Full payment is required (including £100 damage deposit) at
least 6 weeks before departure except in the case of a late
booking/availability. |
| 5 |
Cancellations are only accepted in writing or by email (not
verbal). |
| 6 |
Cancellation Rates as below:- (represents % of total holiday
cost)
0-14 days No refund
15- 28 days 20% refunded
29- 41 days 40% refunded
If it is necessary for us to cancel
the holiday on the date of or before the balance is due we
will refund in full. |
| 7 |
The
property rented is only for the use of the party named on
booking
form. Sharing/sub letting is not allowed. |
| 8 |
No responsibility will be accepted for any damage or loss to
clients property
while staying in our property. |
| 9 |
No
liability will be accepted for any client travelling without
adequate travel
insurance. |
| 10 |
We
can take no responsibility for clients arriving late or
delays en route to the property. |
| 11 |
All
clients are responsible for the provision of necessary legal
documents required for travel. |
| 12 |
The
contract between us and any matters arising from it will be
governed by English Law. |
